On 20^th February, 2010 KPO Consultants organized its fifty eighth LPO Workshop in Delhi, India. The event took place at the conference hall of ASSOCHAM, Delhi. The objective of conference was to educate top notch executives and entrepreneurs of the industry about the industry scenario and challenges, best practices and pitfalls in areas like sustainable sales and marketing strategies, issues of sourcing the right talent pool, training management, financial investments and returns, process of establishing LPO business in India, and executing the best practices. The conference conceived an overwhelming response with a number of key executives and budding entrepreneurs aspiring to enter in the LPO industry. The event started with Rajeev Goswami, Consultant, KPO Consultants taking first session on the current outlook and future scenario of the industry, which then was proceeded by the sessions of developing operational and marketing/sales capabilities taken by Pankaj Parnami, Founder Director, KPO Consultants and Sanjay Sikri, Consultant, KPO Consultants. Another eminent IP expert Rajiv Ranjan, Consultant, KPO Consultants addressed the event sharing his insight on the IP services offered in the LPO industry. All the sessions were highly interactive in nature and included several real case studies of companies succeeding in the challenging circumstances. The consultants also cited key reasons for the failures of the LPO companies. During the sessions, a number of queries were raised by the participants which were duly answered by the consultants. The conference concluded with a lunch gathering where all the participants shared their thoughts about the LPO industry with each other.
